Upload them somewhere like imgur and link us to the results. Scroll all the way down, then repeat steps 3-5. Crop the screen if you want to only show the test, then save it as Test1.JPG. Open up the program Paint and press ctrl+v to paste in the test. Take a screenshot with the Print Screen (prtscn) key. Maximize the HWMonitor window and expand all the nodes on the left. If you don’t see anything, let’s snag some screenshots: If those are getting too hot, clean the PC and take it to a PC tech if that doesn’t fix the overheating - that’d probably mean some of the heat hardware needs maintenance or replacement. Once you get a game where it happens does, check the “max” column of your test for CPU/GPU overheating. Then, launch hwmonitor and play a game until you have a few of these issues. To check for this, we do need you to grab hwmonitor and install it. If none of that works we’ll want to see what your PC is actually doing when it happens. If it doesn’t, you know you’re probably looking at a dying mouse. Otherwise, test a different mouse and see if the problem persists. On one of my older towers I tripped over a cord and damaged a set of ports so I can only plug things into the back of the PC without wonkiness now ( ) - so I know it does happen. Nearby USB ports could have similar issues in case of a power issue or damaged USB hub, so if you swap to the ports on the opposite side of your PC (Assuming you have them) it may fix it. 
The first is using a totally different SET of USB Ports. We can try about two more things in case it’s unrelated to a heat issue.
USB ports are considered low priority so in the case of a power issue they are some of the first things to get shut off. Looking at those errors, I think probably your CPU is overheating specifically, or drawing too much power causing your PC to panic and try to save power. You can disable the game bar if you want, but we’ve got other deeper errors in your DXDiag as well. The XBox game bar you’re talking about there could potentially interrupt your mouse, but it’d be highly weird for it to crash your mouse drivers. Basically, the fact that your mouse drivers are crashing indicates some kind of issue, possibly system level. There’s a lot of insight we can find into what your PC is actually doing with HWMonitor.
